What should I do?

I need some help making a decision... As you know my little angel doggie died on Feb 26. I got her cremated and brought her ashes back to NC with me. So, here I am 3 weeks before I leave for Myanmar and Winnie's ashes are sitting in a tin container on the bed stand. So. I just don't know. Here's my options...

1. bury her in the back yard (behind the fence in the wooded area at my parent's house, my male ferret is back there, my infamous hampster Ted, 2 birds and my childhood cat)
2. spread her ashes at Ft. Fisher beach
3. a combination of 1 and 2
4. other (be specific on your suggestion)

Those of you that know me know that I'll do what I want anyway, but I just don't know! I'm sure that part of me is struggling with the symbolism of letting her ashes go, but I should do something before July 29...

I think I read or heard you say you were going to spread them Ft. Fisher beach. You should do that, you don't know how long your parents will stay at that house and then you won't have a place to come back and visit her. You can always go to the beach.

I say # 3 and that is because she spent a lot of time with her grandparents at the house and yet she loved the walks on the beach - so a combination would be what Winnie would like, I believe ~

Hi, I work with Mary and she shared your blog with me. Here are some ideas I have come across recently for what you could do with some of the ashes. Then you could take her with you.

I am so glad you liked them! Mary just came in and told me you were getting one. That is the one I would have picked for you. I know you don't know me, but I feel like I know you all through Mary. I am very excited for you! Edna
